Simulator notes & existing tools
This copy preserves the current 115-pick preset and matching engine. A known edge case remains in shortened custom drafts: surplus points can be overvalued when the replacement pick falls beyond the shortened queue. Compensation placement after consumed second-round picks remains provisional.
