GOOD QUESTIONS.
What happens after I join?
Once Stripe confirms your first payment, sign in to your member area for stream details, notebooks, polls and event offers. Your welcome pack goes into our monthly mail-out.
Can I join from outside Australia?
Yes, membership is open worldwide wherever checkout supports your address. The welcome pack is included once on joining. Postal transit times vary by country.
What if I can’t make the monthly stream?
The replay will be added to the member area. You can submit your question beforehand, too.
How does the merch discount work?
Sign in with your active paid member account before checking out. The 10% discount applies to eligible merchandise, including the current hoodie and tees, and is checked again at checkout. It does not reduce postage or stack with other offers.
How do I cancel or change my payment details?
Open your member area and select Manage billing. Cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. For billing problems or refund requests, contact pommyinozyt@gmail.com.
Do I receive another pack if I renew or rejoin?
No. It’s one welcome pack on first joining for each member, with all ongoing benefits available while your membership is active.
